History

Learning Together started up as support group for homeschooling moms once a month for prayer, encouragement, fellowship and devotions.

/2010: Through a series of God inspired steps of faith and much prayer, we coordinated a Christian cooperative group for grades K - 8 called Learning Together.  We were blessed to include 14 families and to be able to meet at Community Covenant Church in Hopkinton. At the end of the year, we officially became affiliated with MassHOPE, a state organization for Christian homeschoolers.

/2011: Our 2nd year of cooperative classes and monthly parent support meetings grew to include 18 families under the direction of a three person leadership team.

/2012: We grew to 20 families and added 9th grade to our cooperative.  We also offered our first Tutorial Class (Biology) for high school students.

/2013: We expanded to offer two coordinated groups under our Learning Together Umbrella:  Learning Together Cooperative (LTC) for K-8th grade and Learning Together Tutorials (LTT) for older students.  Our Cooperative included 22 families and our Tutorials offered 7 tutorial classes.

/2014: We are moving our Tutorials to Wednesday and have expanded to 14 different classes. Our Cooperative continues to meet on Fridays and we are blessed to be adding another Cooperative group in Attleboro to support families in that area.

/2015: Our Wednesday tutorials now offer true middle school level classes to complement our rich high school level offerings. This year we are excited to be able to run a drama program and have significantly expanded our literature and English classes. Our Hopkinton Cooperative continues to meet on Fridays and the Attleboro Cooperative will be meeting on Thursdays.

/2016:  We continued offering both the cooperative and tutorials.  Both cooperative included 20-25 families each and our tutorials grew to over 50 families.

/2017:  We continued offering both the cooperative and tutorials.  As we have grown to now include over 100 families between all groups, we had exciting changes with developing new websites separately for each group.
